A Technology Investment firm had funded a Robotic Process Automation professional services business and needed support in understanding the market opportunity, and the key people within the ecosystem who could help them and recruit the first key hires who would create a strong foundation to establish the business in the UK and USA.

Skills needed : RPA software experts with Business Analysis, Developers, Solution Architecture and Sales and BD functions.

Solution 

We were able to leverage our European technology network to get ourselves and our client in front of people within the RPA ecosystem that was able to provide guidance and advice which enabled them to better understand the opportunity and formulate a strategy for the go-to-market.

Once that strategy had been polished, we then started to identify and recruit experienced technical RPA professionals that had the experience required to contribute services from day one and the salespeople to start selling the business offering.

Result 

From the initial group of hires, the TechYard team recruited, the business has been able to leverage their relationships to grow the team across the UK and USA to well over 100 people and counting.
