Our Team
TechYard is a growing team of data specialist recruiters led by founder Rob Fiddaman. Rob has 25 years of experience in technology recruitment. Prior to launching the business, he was head of sales for a global technology recruitment company with c.$180M turnover, 300 recruiters and 20 offices in 13 countries across Europe, Asia and Americas.
He has worked with many of the world's leading technology consulting companies, technology providers and blue-chip companies and sits on the board of several tech consulting start-ups.
